
Data protection complaints
If you believe we have not handled your personal data in line with data protection law, you have the right to raise a data protection complaint directly with us.
A data protection complaint may relate to how we collect, use, store, share or protect your personal information, or how we have handled a data rights request.
How to make a complaint
You can submit a data protection complaint using any of the following methods:

You do not need to use legal language or refer to specific legislation when making a complaint.
What happens next
We will:
- acknowledge your complaint within 30 days of receiving it;
- investigate the issue without undue delay; and
- inform you of the outcome once our investigation is complete.
